Hemp is Officially Legal!

Hemp:

Hemp was made illegal in The Marihuana Tax Act of 1937 which effectively made possession or transfer of marihuana illegal throughout the United States under federal law, excluding medical and industrial uses, through imposition of an excise tax on all sales of hemp. This changed Dec 20th, 2018 as President Donald Trump signed the Farm Bill, legalizing industrial hemp in the United States once again. This new policy has been voted on every 5 years or so, now approved to remove hemp from the Controlled Substances Act and treating it like an agricultural product since hemp has no psychoactive properties.

For proper distinction, Cannabis plants must contain less than 0.3 percent THC in order to be classified as hemp.
Hemp is used in many products:

Hemp juice, Hemp milk, Hemp protein, Fiber reinforced plastic, Hempcrete, Hemp oil, Hemp milk, Hemp protein and most importantly CBD oil.

Cannabidiol (CBD) discovered in 1940 is one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in hemp plants. This can get very technical, basically we have Cannabinoid receptors located throughout the body, as part of the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in a variety of physiological processes including appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory.

As we continue to research the benefits of CBD oil, many people claim CBD Oil can relive pain, reduce anxiety and depression, may alleviate cancer-related symptoms,  may reduce acne, may have neuroprotective properties (may benefit those with neurological disorders), could benefit heart health, and much more including reduce the effects of diabetes. More research is needed to verify everything that CBD oil can do for us.

Cannabidiol can be taken into the body in multiple ways, including by inhalation of cannabis smoke or vapor and dropping oil under your tongue. Find out more about our CBD products by clicking here.
